A 14-week program is designed for athletes looking to take their workouts up a notch and compete at the highest level. This program will maximize muscular endurance and enhance all around athletic performance. If you're looking to take your abilities and training to a whole different level; Pure Athlete is for you. HOW DOES THE

PROGRAM WORK?

Pure Athlete is in an easy to navigate PDF file. It is broken into three phases: ATHLETE, BEAST, and SAVAGE. Each phase consists unique training methods that will rapidly increase strength and performance. Requires four training days per week.

 

Included in the program:

  • Workout blueprints: Provides daily warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions.

  • Demonstration videos: Access to demonstration videos of every exercise in the program.

  • Strength training: Utilizes olympic lifts, compound lifts, explosive movements, low rep ranges, hypertrophy, and more.

  • Performance training: Focuses on increasing speed, acceleration, jumping abilities, endurance, and power.

  • Nutrition guide: Basic education on how to fuel the body, along with a list of everyday "do's" and "don'ts."

Equipment needed: Full weight room, assault bike, plyo box, space to sprint, treadmill, and a plyo hurdle is recommend.
