WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Workout Blueprints: Four days per week of structured warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions. Receive a mobile and printable version of the program.

- Demonstration Videos: Access to demonstration videos for every exercise in the program.

- Strength Training: Utilizes olympic lifts, compound lifts, explosive movements, low rep ranges, hypertrophy, and more.

- Performance Training: Focuses on increasing speed, acceleration, jumping abilities, endurance, and power.

WORKOUTS

The Apex Athlete program is designed to push you beyond your limits and elevate your athletic performance to new heights. The workouts are provided in an easy-to-navigate PDF file, organized into three unique phases: ATHLETE, BEAST, and SAVAGE. Each phase is carefully crafted with specialized training methods that rapidly increase strength and performance. The program requires four training days per week.

Phase 1: ATHLETE
The first phase focuses on increasing overall athleticism while building a strong and durable foundation. This phase prepares your body for the intensity of the upcoming phases, setting the stage for enhanced performance.

Phase 2: BEAST
In this phase, the emphasis is on building raw strength and power. The workouts are designed to push you to new limits, with Beast Mode circuits included at the end of each session. These circuits are intense and are meant to challenge your muscular endurance and mental toughness.

Phase 3: SAVAGE
The final phase is all about getting your body and mind ready to perform at peak levels. This phase maximizes strength, power, and performance, creating most explosive athlete possible. Each workout concludes with a Savage Mode section, designed to build an unbreakable body and mindset.

Required Equipment:
To fully participate in the Apex Athlete program, you'll need access to a full weight room, an assault bike, a plyometric box, a treadmill, and space to sprint. A plyo hurdle is also recommended to enhance your training experience.
