WHAT'S INCLUDED

- Workout Blueprints: Two to three days per week of structured warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions. Receive a mobile and printable version of the program.

- Demonstration Videos: Access to demonstration videos for every exercise in the program.

- Performance Training: Targeted drills and exercises designed to enhance agility, coordination, and overall athletic performance, helping young athletes refine their skills and excel in their sports.

WORKOUTS

The 8-week programs are delivered in an easy-to-navigate PDF file, divided into three training phases: FUNDAMENTAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, and ADVANCEMENT. Designed to develop coordination, mechanics, and athletic abilities like running, jumping, agility, footwork, balance, and explosiveness, the workouts are scheduled for two to three days per week.

Phase 1: Fundamental

This initial phase is about learning and mastering the fundamentals. The focus is on stability, improving techniques, and building a solid baseline to progress from. Athletes will establish a strong foundation, ensuring they are prepared for the more advanced training in subsequent phases.

Phase 2: Developmental

n the Developmental phase, the emphasis is on developing explosiveness, the ability to change direction, acceleration,, and general strength. This phase includes multi-directional drills and basic strength movements, enhancing overall athletic performance.

Phase 3: Advancement

The final phase is all about advancing athletic ability and skills. The focus shifts to increasing speed and power, pushing athletes to increase their performance levels and excel in their respective sports.

Required Equipment: To get the most out of the program, you’ll need access to dumbbells, a plyometric box, a weight bench, resistance bands, medicine balls, and optional equipment such as plyometric hurdles, mini hurdles, an agility ladder, and a barbell.
