Our Youth Group is a monthly training program for kids in 3rd–6th grade, designed to build a strong foundation through fun, high-energy workouts. Each session focuses on developing movement skills, confidence, and work ethic while teaching kids how to move well, compete with effort, and be great teammates — setting them up for success in sports and in life.
