Designed to develop coordination, mechanics, and athletic abilities like running, jumping, agility, footwork, balance, and explosiveness, the workouts are scheduled for two to three days per week. What's Included: - On-Demand Training: Easily access your structured program anytime via our online portal or mobile app. - Workout Blueprints: A structured two-day-per-week training plan, including warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions. Plus, an optional third workout day for extra work. - Demonstration Videos: Access to demonstration videos for every exercise in the program. - Nutrition Guide: Essential tips on fueling your body, including a practical list of daily "do's" and "don'ts." - Expert Support: Availability to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the program.
