Intro to Lifting

7th - 9th grade

  • August Camp: 8/10 & 8/12 | 3-4 PM

  • $50 / camp

This camp is all about coaching and education. As kids reach the age where they’ll be lifting at school, with a team, or on their own, it’s important they have the right foundation. Our goal is to teach them the fundamentals of proper lifting, so they feel confident, prepared, and safe in any training environment. They’ll learn how to perform common exercises with correct form and technique, helping reduce the risk of injury and build long-term strength. After each movement is taught, participants will get hands-on practice while our trainers provide personalized feedback to improve their form and ensure they’re lifting correctly.

High School Volleyball Performance

9th - 12th grade

  • Mondays & Wednesdays

This program is designed to prepare volleyball players for the upcoming season by enhancing key areas of performance. Through targeted plyometrics, exercises, and drills, athletes will work on becoming quicker, more explosive, and more durable on the court. Each session focuses on improving specific skills that contribute to better agility, jump height, strength, and overall conditioning, ensuring players are ready to compete at a higher level. Note: This is not a volleyball skills camp. We will not be doing any volleyball-specific drills such as spiking, setting, serving, or similar activities.

High School Football Performance

9th - 12th grade

This program is designed to prepare football players for the upcoming season by enhancing key areas of performance. Through targeted plyometrics, exercises and drills, athletes will work on becoming quicker, more explosive, and more durable on the field. Each session focuses on improving specific skills that contribute to better agility, footwork, explosiveness, and overall conditioning, ensuring players are ready to compete at a higher level. 

Middle School Athlete Group

6th - 8th grade

  • August Group: 8/3 - 8/13 (4 sessions)

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays | 8-9 AM

  • June - $120 | July - $90 | August - $60

This program provides a supportive environment where middle school athletes to receive proper performance training and coaching. Each workout is designed to challenge and develop key athletic abilities while ensuring a safe and effective training environment. By focusing on form and function, athletes will make meaningful progress and build the foundation needed for long-term success.Whether they are new to training or looking to improve their performance, athletes will develop essential movement skills, confidence, and mindset for proper youth development for sports and beyond.

Youth Group

3rd - 6th grade

  • 4-Week Programs (4 sessions)

  • Choose to join the Tuesday or Thursday group (may join both)

  • 9 - 10 AM 

  • $50 /group

Keep your young athletes active and growing with a program designed to develop their skills as they get older. With the flexibility to choose from 1 to 3 days per week, this is more than just a workout—it’s an opportunity for kids to build strength, confidence, and resilience in a fun, supportive environment. Each session focuses on developing movement skills, confidence, and work ethic while teaching kids how to move well, compete with effort, and be great teammates — setting them up for success in sports and in life.
