Noon Crew is a unique strength and endurance program that you won't find anywhere else. Workouts are lead by an experienced trainer who will coach proper form and motivate you along the way. Each 8-week program is designed and phased a little differently than the last one to ensure your body is always progressing and overcoming adversities.
Our full body workouts consists of weight lifting routines that will help you become stronger and fitter. We utilize barbells and dumbbells to perform compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows; along with multi-plane movements to improve balance and body control.
We like to kick the workouts off with some sort of endurance training to get the heart-rate up and improve your cardiovascular system. This may consists of a bootcamp circuit, running, plyometrics, boxing, or a HIIT circuit.
