Early HIITers is an energizing group program that offers a variety of workouts to challenge you differently every session. Workouts consist of high intensity interval training using dumbbells, med balls, sleds, battle ropes, and more. If you're looking to take your workouts to the next level, increase endurance, and improve your overall fitness, then this program is for you!
You will increase strength and muscular endurance by utilizing free weights and functional fitness exercises.
Workouts will not only improve you physically, they will increase your mental strength. We want you to push yourself past your comfort zone.
We maximize fat burn through strength training, high intensity exercises, and functional movements.
Workouts include a bunch of different performance exercises like running, jumping, multi-plane movements, and so much more!
