WORKOUTS
Our 8-Week Challenge is designed with a clear and structured approach to transform your fitness and nutrition. The workouts are provided in an easy-to-navigate PDF file, broken down into two distinct phases: STRENGTH and WORK CAPACITY. Each phase consists of weekly nutrition challenges, four-day-per-week workout plans, and optional workouts that can be done one to three days per week.
Phase 1: Strength
This phase focuses on increasing and building strength. You’ll engage in weightlifting routines that emphasize foundational movements, ensuring you develop a solid base for your fitness journey.
Phase 2: Work Capacity
The second phase is dedicated to enhancing your work capacity. Here, you’ll incorporate a combination of bootcamps, cardio, and strength supersets to improve your overall endurance and functional fitness.
Nutrition Challenge
Throughout the program, you'll participate in a weekly nutrition challenge that includes a “Do” and “Don’t” list to promote healthy eating habits. This list will evolve as you progress, helping you build a balanced diet while providing essential education and tools for sustainable lifestyle changes.
Required Equipment:
To fully participate in the program, you'll need multiple dumbbells, resistance bands, mini resistance bands, a bench. Optional: squat rack and barbell.
