HOW DOES THE

CHALLENGE WORK?

The 8-Week Challenge is in an easy to navigate PDF file. It is broken into two phases: STRENGTH and WORK CAPACITY. Each phase consists of weekly nutrition challenges, four day per week workout plans, and optional workouts that can be done one-three days per week.

 

Included in the program:

  • Workout blueprints: Provides daily warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions.

  • Demonstration videos: Access to demonstration videos of every exercise in the program.

  • Strength training: Focuses on compound movements like squats, presses, deadlifts, and rows with resistance.

  • Endurance training: Daily workouts will include either a cardio exercise or a bootcamp circuit.

  • Nutrition: A weekly “Do” and “Don’t” list to encourage a healthy and sustainable lifestyle both inside and outside of the gym. The list will gradually expand and advance as you progress from one week to the next. Along with the challenge you will receive basic education and tools you need to start building a well-rounded diet.

Equipment needed: multiple dumbbells, a bench, and a barbell (optional)
