Are you a basketball or volleyball player looking to improve your standing vertical and approach jump? If so, our Take Flight Program is for you! This program focuses solely on teaching proper mechanics and maximizing jumping abilities.

THE PROGRAM
This 12-week program is broken into 3 phases: FOUNDATION, POWER, and PERFORMANCE. Phases are 4-weeks long consisting of plyometric and strength workouts that progress each phase. Workouts will develop multi-directional explosiveness that will improve jumping abilities on the court.
You'll Need: Access to Weight Room, Space To Jump, and Plyometric Hurdles Highly Recommended
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Nutrition Guide
Receive basic education on proper nutrition and a list of everyday DO's and DON'Ts.
Workout Blueprints
3-day per week workout plan that includes mechanic breakdowns, warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and off-day core/mobility.
Demonstration Videos
Access to demonstration videos for every exercise in the program.
