Pure Athlete is our most advanced training program available. It is designed for elite level athletes looking to take their workouts up a notch and their abilities to a whole nother level.
Speed & Agility
This 14-week program is broken into 3 phases: ATHLETE, BEAST, and SAVAGE. Each phase consists of unique training methods that will rapidly increase strength and performance. Phases are 4-weeks long with a deload week at the end of each phase.
You'll Need: Access to Weight Room, Space To Run, Cardio Equipment, and a Plyometric Box/Hurdle.
Receive education on proper nutrition, everyday DO's and DON'Ts, and a basic food menu.
4-day per week workout plan that includes warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and a workout log to track progress.
Access to demonstration videos for every exercise in the program.
Phase 1 lays the foundation and will improve overall athleticism.
Phase 2 builds raw power and increases explosiveness.
Phase 3 maximizes strength and performance by pushing the body to new limits.
