Apple-Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here's an easy on-the-go healthy snack for you to try!



INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 small apple, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter

  • 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 4-6 ice cubes

  • 1/2 cup of Legion protein powder (optional)



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Combine almond milk, apple, peanut butter, honey (if using), vanilla, cinnamon, and Legion protein powder (if using) in a blender

  2. Add ice cubes

  3. Puree until smooth
