OUR GET FIT PROGRAM IS THE LONG-TERM SOLUTION FOR LIVING A HEALTHY, FIT LIFE.

A 12-week workout plan focused on building muscle and burning body fat, through a sustainable strength training routine. Workouts consists of full body weight lifting routines and endurance training. HOW DOES THE

PROGRAM WORK?

The Get Fit Program is in an easy to navigate PDF file. It is broken into three phases: Build a Base, Increase Strength, and Increase Work Capacity. Each phase requires two-three days in the gym per week with "Optional Workouts" twice per week.

 

Included in the program:

  • Workout blueprints: Provides daily warm-ups, exercises, sets, reps, and progressions.

  • Demonstration videos: Access to demonstration videos of every exercise in the program.

  • Strength training: Full body workouts consisting of compound lifts like squat, deadlifts, and presses, along with auxiliary movements.

  • Endurance training: Workouts will improve muscular endurance and include cardio exercises in phase three.

  • Nutrition guide: Basic education on how to fuel the body, along with a list of everyday "do's" and "don'ts."

Equipment needed: Squat rack, barbell, dumbbells, adjustable bench, and resistance bands.
