Our GET STRONG Program is a weightlifting program designed to maximize strength. It is a 12 week program centered around improving the barbell squat, deadlift, bench press, and overhead press. Foundational workouts are 4 days per week with off day mobility sessions. It is broken into 3 phases: Build A Foundation | Increase Strength | Maximize Strength.

THE PROGRAM

PHASE I - BUILDING A FOUNDATION
The first phase's objective is to build overall strength and increase strength endurance. Workouts are designed to prepare the body for phase 2.
PHASE II - INCREASING STRENGTH
This phase focuses on extreme strength and performance gains. Workouts will improve low repetition strength and have the body feeling strong.


PHASE III - MAXIMIZE STRENGTH
The last phase is designed to build maximal strength. Workouts will be consisting. This is where strength will be at its peak.
