Our GET FIT Program is a full body weightlifting and muscle building program. It is a 12 week program designed to build muscle and burn fat. Foundational workouts are 2-3 days per week with off day workout sessions. It is broken into 3 phases to make sure your body is always progressing.

PHASE I - BUILDING A BASE
The first phase's objective is to build overall strength and muscle. Workouts focus on increasing strength, improving coordination, correcting muscle imbalances, and improving exercise form.
PHASE II - INCREASING STRENGTH
This phase is all about strength and power. Workouts focus on maximizing strength and muscle gains. Muscles will start looking and feeling more developed.
PHASE III - INCREASING WORK CAPACITY
The last phase is designed to increase strength endurance. Workouts focus on maximizing muscle pumps, fat loss, and strength endurance.
